Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your FUXTEC account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and safety components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
